Electronic scooterriding jerk caught in lewd act while watching porn in NY Walmart cops

This guy’s a real jerk. An upstate New York man was charged with public lewdness for allegedly pleasuring himself while watching porn in the electronics department at Walmart, state police said. Keith Dobucki, 45, was busted shortly after 9:15 p.m.Gay porno Monday at the chain retailer’s outlet on South Transit Road in Lockport after police got a call about him masturbating while watching explicit videos on a display phone in the store while sitting on an electronic scooter, troopers said in a release. Dobucki was also charged with public display of sexual material, which are both misdemeanors, and hit with a disorderly conduct violation, police said. He was released without bail and is due back in Lockport Town Court in August. State police said they also notified state parole officials of the arrest because they said Dobucki was on parole at the time, although they did not provide details of the earlier case.
